I have been on 20 mg of citalopram for about 1 year. I take it at night. I find it does not work for me . But when I was on 40mg it worked.

Hi Lauren I start on 20mg tomorrow iv been told to take them In the morning?? Strange 😕

I take mine in the morning. I'm on day 35 of the meds, went up to 40mg on day 28

Hi Lauren my cit dosage was increased from 20mg to 40 mg about 15 days ago found it better to take it at night then the side effects were more manageable. I'm now feeling much better, stick with it it's worth it x

I have put on about 2 stone in weight. I hate feeling anxious

When you are feeling more positive about things and less anxious then deal with the weight problem don't put extra pressure on yourself at the moment. When you start to feel better you will feel like being more active. I find walking helps me a lot.

I broke my leg as well I have a plate . I did have 2 pins in but they were taken out on 20 th June . I am in more pain.
