Hey guys haven’t been in here for a while well I went up to 30 mg that’s what I used to be on but this time around sucks I was alright on 20 mg not perfect and went back to 30 mg I was doing good for the first week and now I feel like my mind is spaced out it sucks and I get scared sometimes to leave the house cause of a panic attack amd those are ■■■■ hopefully everything gets better it just sucks that this is happening again
how long have you been on citrolopram,as if this time is under 8/10 weeks then you will get your side effects and don't keep changing your dosage as that can give you redraw al symptoms and or side effects
Hey man I'm in the same position. I'm trying to ride it out. It's a rollercoaster but don't get scared. I've had some brutal symptoms but keep telling yourself its temporary. And that it will fade.

Changing the dose up or down will give you more side effects. How long were you on the 20 it has to be a good 5-6 months since we talked.

Yea will hope u good I have been on the 20 mg for like 3 months or less went up to my regular dose I took before but now feel all weird just got to ride it out
Yea you’re right just it sucks but at least the symptoms are not as bad as when I started on 20 mg

Yea I take it at night to sleep is the best thing don’t like taking it in the morning
You are so so lucky. I had insomnia for months with the citalopram even when I took in the morning.
