Hello, I had my blood test today and CK value is 3x the standard value. It is 8.44 ukat/L. I had a climbing 2 hour exercise 36h ago. Is this normal or should I be worried? I am worried since it can be related to heart attack. Thank you
It is from the exercise.It is recommended that you are at rest for 2 days before the test.Muscle stress elevates CK quite alot
