After a 10 year Heroin addiction I cold turkeyed it out. Obviously this left me with physical and psychological problems. I was prescribed 600mg of Pregabalin daily plus 30 mg of Mirtazipine plus a Z drug for sleep.This may not be ideal and I will one day look at tapering. In the mean while you have no idea of what the difference is coming off a highly addictive Class A compared to tapering from scripts. Please give a thought to those at the cutting edge and try and hold some perspective please.
Not sure what point you are trying to make!!!! Great you have stopped using heroine must of been hell good on you. I have serious mh issues which cripples me physically and mentally, I'm on progablin,mitrazapine, quetipine, diazepam . I don't like it but having been admitted numerous times to psychiatric hospitals,I would rather take meds and end up there again.
