Hi all not sure where to post this. Im suffering bad with anxiety since i had covid 19 bad in march. I have this wierd symptom at the moment where if im lying down i get a wierd click in my throat every time i breathe so its like click click click if that makes sense. I am not sure what this is but i also sound abit hoarse in my voice. Can silent reflux cause such a symptom as im panicking like mad its covid 19 again. Has anyone else experienced this kind of noise. many thanks
Its could be anxiety or stress that is causing this. You have to address and confront the reasons why you have anxiety.
