Well a clinical trial is just that you are a human guinea pig instead of rabbits or dogs you will have topical creams lotion meds you will take meds not yet prescribed

you will sign to say you are happy and for that you get a few days or longer isolated bed rest !!and various cash incentives

however you are a guinea pig so if you take as red tablet and it makes you ill or worse 5 years later you have probes you can't complain however they are pretty good at looking after you should you be one ill whilst there and it is a paid holiday

My son's friend did one gave up 10 days laid in bed lounged around played x box took the meds had no known side effects (yet) and got ,£1800

there are strict criteria and you have to pass that first then more tests etc
