Clobetasol Propionate and Neomycin Sulphate cream Side effect face swelling and skin pain in cheeks

Hi,

My mother she is illeterate,she got rashes on cheeks place long back(10 Years back) doctor suggested to use Clobetasol Propionate and Neomycin Sulphate creame for one month  but my mother continued the cream for 10 Years,since last year she stopped to use the cream becuase of doctor suggestion.She is having complications in step wise

1)Pain starts from skin at cheeks place

2)Next Headache

3)Next face swelling

4)Due to the pain she is sleeping 3 days/week

I started diagnose the problem from

1)Neurology(MRI Scan/CT Brain Scan)  all are normal doctor confirmed its not neurolgy problem

2)ENT (CT PNS Coronel & Axiallay view) scan and endoscopy and some other tests  ,allergy tests    she is have minor sinus problem but doctor confirmed that cheeks skin pain/face swelling not coming from ENT Problem  so its not ENT Problem

3)gynecologist    suggested some tests for monopose  even she confirmed cheeks pain and face swelling won't come from Monopause stage.

4)Dental doctor  no issues with root teaths/JAW

RA FactorIgm,ACL Ab also normal.

She doesn't any other complications like BP,Sugar,heart,Liver  this are not from my words i have reports.

I did vitamin   tests for D/B12  she has less D vitamin earler she covered later.

At last  i am   started diagnosing in skin side

I thought of this problems might be coming from     cream used for 10 years.

Could you please suggest whether this cream will cause this problems?

if its yes   any  diagnose tests confirms this is due to that cream?

What is best   treatment for this issue?

I will really 1000 time thanks to your suggesstions in advance.

Phew!  You have obviously so much support that it would I think be well beyond us I think.

One thing that puzzles me [and I guess that you are not in UK] is that if she was prescribed cream for one month how did she continue. Here they would only be on prescription and would not be dispensed without

I am from INDIA.

I mentioned she is illeterate and she never discussed about this drug with us whenever she got rashes/Marks on face she again and again continued the drug that's why now she is facing the problems.

This is completely her mistake without following the doctor instruction.

if you are able to suggest the problem next step for diagnose tell me?I would really appreciate for that.

If someone don't know then don't reply to the problem suggestion instead diverting/asking the other questions.

Someone please try to give me suggestions ,don' t try to divert the problem?

I am sorry that you thought I had diverted the problem - part of my answer after the word "without" got cut off. 

My point was that in UK this would not have happened in that a doctor would have had to renew the prescription after consultation.  Presumably in India you can go to a pharmacy and buy without prescription.

In my opening remark I pointed out that this is so specialist and that you have obviously had so much support in the past that I doubted that any one here [on a UK website] and where medicine is provided "free" through NHS could help.

My recommendation was that you are obviously a very caring son and that you should seek answer to this question from a qualified doctor. 

It may be that if someone from India sees this post ]and who is more familiar with the details there of medical care] could suggest some other more specialist route but it does not in my view sit with our NHS care.

sweety, a person can not use clobetasol propionate for more than 2 weeks. The continuous use is poisoning her body. Please tell  your doctor to test her for Cushing's syndrome this is caused from over exposure and usage of cortison.

Please be honest with the doctors and tell them what you know.
