Did anyone experience a lot of clots during perimenopause? I have always had heavier periods and clots but this feels like more.

Unfortunately yes and it was horrible. I finally got an ablation because I couldn’t do anything without knowing when I would go through my pad or clothing. It was the best decision I made and gave me so much freedom. The clots were the worst part, they would more or less block the blood flow and when I would stand or move it would be like a dam let loose. I feel for you!

Thank you for responding! sometimes these symptoms are so obscure! It helps knowing it’s normal lol. Wish it also made them go away. I will keep in mind ablation, I think my aunt had that done as well and was so happy she did!
