Cloudy Urine and stinging reoccuring PLEASE HELP

Hello, I have had this thing for years now where I get cloudy urine randomly and experience stinging in my anus and the tip of my penis making me feel like i need to urinate. The initial pain usually goes away after 30 mins after urinating, but the feeling of needing to urinate lasts a week or two. I get this every 4-8 months I would say. I'm 21, male.

Doctors have took urine tests but I only after the initial cloudiness. And they say i need to just drink more water, I know however that this isn't the case as I drink water as much as I should already. I have also had a ultra sound in which my prostate and kidneys were fine (the doctor wanted to check for kidney stones)

Any ideas PLEASE?

mate go get a std check done for gonorhea and chlamydia they are the symptoms for that i had it not too long ago
