Cluster of small bumps around genital area

First appeared last week as 3 small separated pimples. Still waiting on lab results. Multiplied since then. No pain, itching and discoloration in urine. Anyone know what this could be?

have you shaved recently? if so it could be bumps you get after shaving the wrong way your pubic hair grows but I do not know for sure so please make sure to talk to a doctor.

No I didn’t shave, my last sexual partner had HSV but she’s on medication and has had it for a few years. I got tested for it, but the result was negative. I was told it could be too early to tell and to get tested again in 6-8 weeks.

Has the appearance of HSV lesions. Given that your partner also has it, I would say it’s highly likely. Meds don’t prevent the spread of HSV, only minimizes the chances of outbreaks or passing to your partner.

Update, I tested positive for Chlamydia. Have another outbreak. Can that cause similar bumps to appear?
