Yesterday I noticed that my genital area was pretty itchy and I initially thought I might have had a yeast infection. But after looking in the mirror and seeing newly formed bumps that I have never experienced before, I'm quite worried it could potentially be something more serious. One side of my labia seems to have protruding bumps that seem similar to skin tags but I figured it probably wasn't that given that there are so many. The strange thing is that the other side of my labia looks somewhat different and seems to have taken on more of a cauliflower like appearance.
None of the bumps present are painful and they are all soft to touch. Not sure if this is relevant at all but I also feel like my skin in that area has darkened as well. (The itching discomfort has also gone away today). It has been nearly 2 years since I have been sexually active, and I have had the HPV vaccine as a child (although to my understanding you can still be susceptible to certain strains of HPV despite receiving the vaccine). I have also not noticed any abnormal discharge or odors.

Everything looks normal, and you don’t need to worry. Nothing resembles genital warts on the photos that you shared.
