new guy here, glad I found this site. maybe I can get an answer. keep trying to Google it but can never get a straight answer.
I'm 36 and 2 years ago I went and had a vasectomy. my surgical paperwork said vasectomy and removal of papules (I think there might of been more words but I can't find the paperwork.
I literally thought they were skin tags at the time. thought he mentioned warts, the papers said papules and also this is the VA so I don't always know with them lol.
anyways they were removed during surgery. recently one showed up. I don't know if it was smaller and missed it or just appeared. can anyone confirm what it is so I know what to do.

Looks like a wart. Go to a medic and check HPV.
