Coconut oil?

I've seen that woman have been inserting coconut oil vaginally to help with BV, but has anyone had results from ingesting it? Or does it only work if you insert it?

I started caprylic acid tablets and inserting into my vagina this week. So far the infection has not cleared. it's just Day 3 though

Coconut oil will get rid of yeast but not BV...
