Hi everyone,

I am looking for your help. I am in the process of setting up a business consulting individuals/restaurants on the gluten free diet (coeliac disease) Me and my fiancee want to have children as soon as we get married (in May) so I am hoping to make this my full time job in time for us to have lots of babies!smile I am looking for some guinea pigs (!) to help me with my research. Is anyone out there newly diagnosed as a coeliac or any of your children? I am looking to provide my consultancy service free of charge for a few people that are struggling to adjust to the diet in order to help me with refining the packages I want to offer and to find out what will/won't work. If anyone would like to help me it would be very appreciated and in return I can offer you advice on shopping/cooking/eating out etc. I have had coeliac disease all my life so know how hard it would be for someone who has never encountered the diet before. If you live in the south wales area I would be able to meet in person, however any further than that it would all have to be via email

Hi! My names Abs.

I have just had the blood test and have been told it is coeliac disease. I am now awaiting seeing the specialist. I am in Dorset, so too far to meet you but if I am any use to you I would be interested!

Hi My name is Pauline.

I had a biopsy this morning to check if I am coeliac and will get the results in a couple of weeks. From my own experimentation with diet I will be surprised if it comes back negative, although I have not been able to cut out gluten completely until today. I live in Brecon so I am in the South Wales area and willing to help.

Hi, my name is Lisa.

I have been suffering a lot recently with suspected coeliac disease and I am having blood tests done on Monday. I don't live near Wales but I'm more than happy help via email......if I'm not too late.

i have been told I have coeliac disease from blood tests and am awaiting endoscope due end of July 

I have been vegetarian for the last 30 years so the thought of restricting my diet further is quite daunting.

i would be grateful for any help available

I think your idea is brilliant, but wonder how you will make it into a business.  Most people in this country are used to getting their medical problems solved for free via the nhs so may be reluctant to shell out. 

I wish you could educate nutritionists and doctors - but then you;d be doing yourself out of a job - as many of them know s0d all about CD.
