Gosh, Anxiety really can make you experience the darnedest things, can't it? Some of the things we experience, you couldn't make them up; no wonder people think we're crazy a lot of time. One thing I am experiencing in the moment is a cold feeling in my forehead. Now, I don't mean my forehead is cold to touch, I mean there is a feeling of coldness inside my head, as if I have brain freeze but without the discomfort. Anyone else had this one?
Ice oic headache? Yes it is very hard with anxiety so many odd sensations it wears you down.

i wouldn't call it a headache, per se. it's more a feeling of coldness.
Hmm....I've never experienced that but are on new meds or withdrawing/changing meds? Sometimes the side effects can be stranger than the anxiety itself. Sorry, I've no advice on this.
