Cold legs and feet

Has anyone experience cold legs and feet? You can actually feel my feet are cold to the touch. I've just had thyroid test done on this week, and all are normal. Is this part of perimenopause? Anyone else experience this?

Hi Mary, yes feel this too. In fact I'm always cold to the point I either run the warm water on feet, heating pad, or blow dryer, yes blow dryer does wonders on them cold hands and feet. Husband thinks I'm nuts, and he's probably right. But hey he's not the one freezing to death here lol....

I have had it my whole life. Always thought it was probably from tissue damage from when I was young. Always stayed out in the cold until I was frozen, not realizing how dangerous that could be.

If the tests came out normal, I would just keep an eye on it.

It's funny, because when I see someone in sandels (in air conditioning), I always get a chill. I cannot wear sandels unless I'm out in the hot sun.
