I've been on lansoprazole for many years, sometimes 30mg once a day but sometimes twice. I've cut down to 1 a day as I have an endoscopy next month and I have to stop t

Taking the meds 10 days before. Btw any advice on how to survive those ten days would be greatly appreciated. I have to go to work as I have a new job.

Problem 2. I've got a bad cold and taken sudafed etc and wow I have bad reflux. I don't want to up my meds but gaviscon is not touching it. Help!

I have never been told to stop lansoprasole for a month prior to the endoscopy....please explain

The specialist said I would have to otherwise the drug doesn't allow correct results if there's a biopsy

I'm really scared not of the procedure but the ten days without lansoprazole. I'm in a new job and I don't want to be off ill. I'm scared of not being able to sleep and feeling sick. Has anybody else here managed the ten days without and what did they do to get through it?

Hey. They've said I can use zantac. I only have the 75mg ones in the house. How many can I take in a day?
