this is a sensation that it's scaring me a lot. I have been constanly having cold sensations on my body, especially on my legs, the right leg. imagine someone comes with a pen, and with the tip very cold, touches you for less than a second. it happens out of the blue. It also happens in different parts of my body. Did it happen to you?
I get what I call little nerve zings. I get them mostly on my face and scalp, but they’ve happened on my legs and arms too. It’s weird but I’m pretty sure it’s just anxiety.
