Do any of you experience cold chills before you start bleeding or spotting?
Haven't had a period in 10 months, but went from cold ALL the time to cold/hot, cold/hot pretty much all day long, everyday. 😰😲 Winters are the worst for me. Ugh!
Yes I have had this. Out of nowhere. A day before my periods I would be rattled with the cold. Teeth chattering. I often went to bed to warm up. Or sat in sitting rooom with water bottle.
