Do any of you experience cold chills before you start bleeding or spotting?
I experienced cold chills right before my periods all my life, so would’nt know the difference now in peri. I still get the chills a couple of days before my cycles! Have had some relief now that I have not had a period for a little over 8 months now. This is the the longest I been without a period since starting peri 7 years ago!
I just get shivery certain days and it’s summer ! Finding myself getting in the bath to ‘warm up’
