Ok I know we all have weird headaches, and pressure and all that...but has anyone ever had a “cold” feeling come over a part of their head? Lol I know it probably sounds crazy.
Day 4 of cycle, had a rough day sort of yesterday with some of those SWEATLESS hot flashes (so scary) and left me with a pretty good headache. Felt pretty “icky” afterwards until I fell asleep.
Well today has been “ok”, not perfect but not great. Then a few minutes ago I get those weird COLD feeling on my head!! No pain....just weeeiirrddd y’all lol.
Ok who’s had that one....anddd GO!!

Hi hun, I've had those odd cold flashes aswell as the sweatless hot ones. It really freaks you out cause its such an odd but almost unexplainable feeling. Really horrid and un-nerving. I am sure its meno related what else could it possibly be? Heres hoping you feel better and have a good day tomorrow. XXX
I've had the cold flashes bad! Not in top of head but rather in the middle of my back, which is right where I get the night sweats as well middle of back and chest and wake up hair drenched! But have been having them gawd awful cold spot flashes in middle of back and then whole body gets cold and nothing warms me up.. My guess since your having the sweatless hot flashes, its probably a cold flash, since the flashes start usually in chest and back and go up to neck face and head, cold hot same time, awful stuff this perimenopause..

Bloody hormones, can cause all sorts of weird feelings ; can’t they ?
My head has never been the same since peri .
