Hi - any one have experience with reflecting the colon to assess the retroperitoneal cavity? Is this a complex manoeuvre and is there any issue with scar tissue / adhesion on healing?
I'm due for surgery soon and keen to hear experiences or get pointed in the right direction for some relevant reading
