So just want to start a little journal

I'm 27 year old male and been having bad abdomen pain. My newest GI doctor scheduled me a colonoscopy and endoscopy I will be under general anesthesia because of my panic attacks. Right now I'm on a clear liquid diet and have 27 hours to go ugh! I'm so hungry I been drinking broth and Popsicle banana flavor but damn does not do anything. I'm going to try to rest and just take it easy. Will report as soon as I'm taking the laxative drink. Yes I'll post from the loo. Lol

I am older than you :-)  but I was so worried about having a colonoscopy.  I had no trouble with the colonoscopy and I was sedated too.  It was the prep work for two days before :-( that I hated.  I would  have one again if I had to. Hopefully not though ;-)

Good luck and keep us updated. I'm having a virtual ct colonoscopy next Monday so start the diet and prep Saturday - so a great weekend! !

I will right now I had to finish my last dose of antibiotics and the stomach ache sucks I couldn't have food with it. Blah. But I'm going to start the laxative drink in about 2 hours. Woo-hoo. Can't wait til all of this is over I'm so treating myself no matter if it hurts later I deserve it lol!

Thanks - I hope you're managing ok. I'm on my starvation stint at a children's birthday party so that should be fun! Good luck with the test.

Just watch your bottom area after it is done in a couple of days mine was so itchy and sore,  I used sudocrem and Vaseline whilst using Moviprep but it didn't do much for me.  Luckily I had decent ointment in

So I made it through the night. The prep laxative is disgusting! Ugh but it did it's job. I was scared if it was going to cause me to be sick but all I had was a stomachache. Which I'll take over vomit. Anyways about to start the morning laxative. My appointment is in 6 hours and my mother is my escort. I am so hungry! Lol

Thinking of you.  For me, the rest was a picnic and y9u can eat all you want after :-)

I hope this doesn't sound insensitive but I am in awe of women now. If you have to deal with these cramps once a month!

All done everything went well just little anxiety I'm having a little bit of blood being passed. Kinda scary
