I just observed a color change at the tip of my penis and I doubt whether it is an infection or not. Is this because of masturbation? I really have this habit of frequent masturbation. Some days I do 2-3 times. It was kind of uncontrollable. But now I have reduced it to once in 3 days or so. Please help me to identify this problem. Also please let me know if there is any side effect for my habit.
I'm not sure there's a problem there. Is your glans (the "helmet" or "bell end"
darker than normal. If so, it may just be balanitis.

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.
Masturbating 2-3 times a day isn't unusual for younger men btw, and doesn't have any bad side effects. The NHS says this: "Masturbation doesn’t cause any harm, either physically or mentally, even if you do it often. Your genitals may feel sore if you masturbate a lot in a short space of time."
