Okay I just popped in my photo... I think I have done it correctly..
I not long ago got out of the shower, I had to wash and dry my hair to be able to take a photo. As I have no photo's of me on my laptop! ...So I took one... I have to say the lighting is very very very kind!!! I'm looking a little younger in this light.. haha.. Oh don't I just wish! lol...
Click on the box, and when it comes up with a little black square that reads 'Edit'.. click on it and it will give you the option, to click and open a file, which will take you to your pictures in your system, double click on your chosen photo, then click on Down Load. It will down load to your avatar (square box)...
Just added mine to lol.... I had to wash and dry my hair tonight, so a good time to take a photo.

I haven't let a camera within 50 miles of me for years, I hate what the ravages of ill health have done 
I shall get my partner to take some tonight and if at least one doesn't scare kids and dogs, i'll see if I can summon up enough techie ability to load it.

I have been exactly the same loxie.... NO PHOTO's please here.. haha.. I am so not photogenic, and as you have mentioned the ravages of time and ill health have really taken it's toll on me to.
What I have done in my photo was use 'Low Lighting'... OR if you have a good digital camera you can play round with low light resolution and it softens it's subject.
I have to say, the photo I just took of me tonight is 'very kind' hahaha, it has made me look younger....
Sadie, your a young'n... You remind me of my daughter, she wears her hair back like yourself... She straightens hers a lot though as it's very very thick and very long.. and dark. I love her hair. Whilst she doesnt. Always that way though isn't it...
I just went to my section on the top right of the page, I clicked on the little square pattern and it asked do I want to take a photo or use onefrom my album...then you go to the album and cluck whichever one you want to use..:-) xxx

Your very pretty Christine, love your hair! You look like you have really lovely peaches and cream skin... I have terrible skin.. We have high UV here and my skin is the typical European fair type that fails quickly under such harsh weather and high UV... I now just use very good 'Pure Virgin Oil' as a moisturiser... I use it on my legs to now and it has been the best thing ever!! NO MORE dry skin.. wonderful! Shame it doesn't work miracles on the wrinkles and deeper lines! haha
Can't see your skin anyway deb....we have very harsh weather here too in Oz...and I'm from England.,I use coconut oil in my skin everywhere, insude and outside...oil is good hey..very moisturising., I have extremely curly haur...grrrr fizzy sometimes ...coconut oil there too.....lol...but I've just had it restyled and foiled...anything that gives me another year...lol..your in NZ aren't you...? Fibro fog..mmm....be blessed..:-) xxx
