Coming clean!

Hi Everyone,

I have to come clean about something and get it off my chest.

One of the girls in our office is 50 today and has gone away on a cruise, so left some cakes defrosting in the fridge for us to eat today and I usually am very good with these things since taking the bluey's but today I really felt as though I was missing out and as I hadn't had a cream cake since May when I started the tabs thought I'd treat myself and I had a slice of strawberry gateau but greedy old me I was not content with only sampling one thing I had to have a slice of toffee cheescake at the same time

Well I can honestly say I shouldn't have bothered - what a let down it was - I now realise that I wasn't missing anything except a dose of indigestion and a feeling and dread of what was to come - not yet but possibly later when I get home

I really now believe that I have changed my eating habits, but for just one split second the old me came back

It all too easy to slide down the slippery slope but I hoping that this has made me see sense and that I can stay on track.

Stay strong all out there.

Best wishes

Jane

Thanks for sharing this, I'm struggling with a craving for chocolate today, can't even have an \"Options\" drink because I'm allergic to artificial sweetener, and lactose intolerant!

Your story helped me realise that no food is worth the awful side effects, and it's worth keeping strong because the end results are what we're all trying so hard to achieve, a slim, healthy body!

Thanks for your honesty

Gill
