I have been taking aripriprazole about a year now for psychosis but want to come off it as it's not doing anything. Is it ok to stop cold Turkey
I don’t think you should stop cold turkey. But if you’re thinking of stopping would you consider risperidone? I’m on it on an increased dose and it works for me.
I don’t know if it’s okay to stop cold turkey but for a lot of medications it’s not.
I hope you will talk to your doctor about all this and find a solution with him/her.
