J'ai vu mon médecin, nous sommes tous les deux d'accord pour dire que je n'ai peut-être plus besoin de Cit. Je vais réduire à 10 mg pendant les vacances et arrêter complètement au début de la nouvelle année. J'ai appris beaucoup de choses en prenant ce médicament, mais surtout, je n'ai pas assez travaillé sur moi-même, ce que j'essaie de faire maintenant. En tout cas, je vous souhaite à tous le meilleur et un merveilleux Noël et une excellente année !!

Good afternoon. Was on Citalapram 20mg for about 7 years.

Tried coming off a couple of times as the causes were no longer

relevant. Told my wife and daughter and of course their evil eyes

looked for changes so I restarted.

This time I told no one, apart from GP, and it was easy. 10mg

for a month then 5 for a fortnight.

Point was I was not depressed and had to declare for travel

insurance. So no problems at all for me, hope hours can be as easy.

But don't advertise it or others, you monitor yourself.

Commencé 10 mg jeudi, je me sens incroyable. Je mange comme un cheval, je dors comme un bébé. Plus de fatigue dans la journée. Mon médecin n'a même pas argumenté. Il a essayé et jusqu'à présent tout va bien.

Je n'y étais que depuis 3 mois. 10 mg maintenant et je me sens bien. Je vais arrêter complètement après Noël.

Hi All

I started 10mg/day of Cit 2 weeks ago, but had to stop it after just 6 days because it made me too ill, and kicked of a big fibromyalgia flare up. It is now 3 days after stopping, and I feel dreadful. Does anyone have any idea how long these withdrawal symptoms will last - having only taken 6 days of the drug?

Thanks for any advice.
