Amy, I never came off of Flu, however I have gone through this with other antidepressants. The optimal approach is to work with your doctor and reduce your dosage very very slowly. Usually over several months. Otherwise most experience various side effects. Cold turkey, which I’ve done, was unbearable. Never again... So in response to your question, what you are experiencing is normal and expected. It will pass, but you might be uncomfortable for a bit. Gradual reduction is usually what the doctors recommend. Hope you feel better soon.
