I have just tapered off Trazodone 150mg.
It was causing me bad side effects Inc panic attacks.
It’s not really had long enough to work properly at 1 month but I am now trying mindfulness and meditation till I go on Paroxatine.
Try a bit of meditation to calm your mind.
