Completely confused!

Ok I'm sat looking at foods and a lot of what I've picked up says no fat so my question is should I be only looking at the fat content on the table or should I be taking the sugar and carbs into consideration to? I think the word confused is appropriate. HELP!!

Mainly the fat but reducing calories intake it will also help on the weight loss and sugar is enemy. Hope it helps  x

With these tablets its the total fat content as long as its no more than 5g per 100g its safe to eat but also no more than 15g per meal but I too am watching calories x

Thanks guys this is helpful I was going with low cal aswell just didn't know what else I should be looking at and if anything else can trigger the side effects
