I went out for a Christmas lunch yesterday with some colleagues I used to work with. I haven't seen them for a year and I was paid a real compliment from one the ladies (she's an absolute stunner to look at) and she said \"God you look good\". It made my year.

makes all the hard work worth while, I had the same from one of my friends yesterday and agree it means a lot. My husband comments occasionally but I think his bias so to have a non family member say it it great isn't it. :D
Must have been something in the air the last few days, one of my friends complimented me on my weight loss too. Agree, we are doing this for ourselves but it is a great boost to get positive comments.
