Compression stockings

I just wondered whether anyone has tried compression stockings to ease their rls I'm thinking of trying them especially for flying.

Yes, I have been using them for a long time. They helps but they are not the solution. You also need strong (e.g. for athletes) compression socks. There are loads of people in Canada use them. Worth trying might help you. Good luck.

Yes, flying was so uncomfortable for me. I ordered my knee high compression socks and they make a big difference when flying. I would just say be sure to research the brand your getting there are a lot that say compression socks but are not medical grade which really make a difference.

I always wear them when flying, but I am so fortunate the medication I take for rls works have not had an attack for two months, just now & then slight uncomfortable sensations The medication I use is amiltriptyline not for everyone. I have no side effects from this drug but some people do. Wish you well,
Maggie

Maggie if you stop taking the drug does your RLS return?
