not sure what this is but dark areas, dry skin and open sores have appeared on my penis on foreskin and head. i have not been sexually active in half a yr. i masturbate but i dont believe it to be an excessive amount. although most of the time without lubrication.. i have had quite a bit of stress lately as well as having had shingles on my back in the past so maybe related to that… just looking for hopefully some more insight.

Agree with Kim, this is a severe skin issue, the specialist as Kim states is a Dermatologist that you need to sort this.

usually when it becomes severly discolored like that its due to infection or the blood not circulating as it should u most certainly need to see someone as soon as possible ideally
