I have had herpes since I was diagnosed in 2022 I haven’t taken medication daily only when I’ve experienced outbreak which the last one was a few years ago but I recently just seen a small herpes like sore where I originally had the out break , should I start to go on medication everyday or just continue not taking it like I have been I honestly forget I have it sometimes. I also am starting to be in a serious relationship with someone and I’m scared to tell them but I also asked them hypothetically if they would stay with someone who had an incurable STD and they said no I really thought they were my person part of me just wants to ghost them so I don’t have to tell them the truth and just move on from them idk what to do , pls give me advice
