I would like information on condom catheters.How can I keep them them from leaking? How many days can I use each catheter ?
I am using Conveen brand (Coloplast). You need to ask a nurse or the urologist for the correct size. This condom catheter has to be replace every 24 hours but you could reuse the leg bag and night bag.

There are some products made to help condom catheters not to leak, was well as using the right size is important. They are adhesive type wipes that a doctor or skin care nurse will show you and tell you how long you can use them and very important to take off when they advise . that is not an area that you want infected and raw.
Just be careful when using the device, and make sure everything is connected properly.
