I noticed these about a month ago now, have had the relevant STD checks which were all negative, but I cant seem to find anything else online which might give me a indication of what they are? There are two singular dots, and then one which is a cluster of 3. No pain, no itchiness, haven't really changed in size at all.
Anyone got any ideas?
