I have a calprotectin level of 338, smelly mucus from my rectum , mouth sores and a severe pain where my appendix is. 

Can calprotectin be false ?

Hi Chantal, from my understanding calprotectin levels over 50 are considered high.

I have chrons and my calprotectin levels were 333, your diagnosis can be confirmed by a colonoscopy and an MRI. Good luck ☺️
