I've been facing these red looking sores or raised bumps on my foreskin/penis lately and they usually come for 1-3 days then dissapear. About 2 months ago I experienced "Prostatis" and had to be put on anti biotics. I couldn't pee without pain but they figured it was an infection. I got tested for STIs & STDS and came back all negative. I've been with the same girl for 3 years so it is frustrating. The red bumps come every single week and they don't hurt or bother me but it just looks gross. If anyone can help or share advice please help me out :( Mind you i only shower with water down there, no soap at all.
I went to bed without any last night and woke up with this ^^
can any1 help?

hey Brandon, so when you had all your test was herpes included as well? are the bumps always in the same location or vary randomly? if we can rule out herpes this can be some persistent balanitis that can be caused by yeast/fungal infection, irritation with chemicals you be using, contact dermatitis, even eczema. it would be best to contact your doctor and get recommendations to a urologist.
Hi, Yes tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes etc. The bumps are usually under my foreskin, in the same place or sometimes vary randomly. I will get tested again for hsv1 and 2 but it just doesn’t make sense that I would have it as I’ve been in a long term relationship. Can balantis produce bumps? I only wash down there with water.
they also typically only last for 1-2 days before they aren’t visible at all anymore
that doesn’t sound like herpes. it doesn’t come and go in 2 days time or reoccurring weekly. this sounds like something irritating your penis causing the redness and bumps. maybe even a bacteria, maybe soap once a week helps but a mild soap for sensitive skin and some coconut oil for moisture after.
yeah exactly i just got it again, they are scaterred red bumps then dissappear in 2-3 days…happens every week.
i am getting another blood test this week. can balantis still affect the foreskin? because its on my foreskin and my head…again no pain. could it be a skin infection?
good to get another blood test. ask them to swab your penis as well, maybe they can detect yeast or bacteria off of it and treat it. whatever irritates your penis can irritate your foreskin also.
