hi april. they usually say you are not considered post menopausal until you have gone 12 months without a period. if no periods is the only indication of menopause you are soooooo lucky.. good luck to you.

ok u sound like like in peri. u mayb lucky to b post . hormones fluctuate from day to day hr to hr. so most drs dont call it post until there is a year of no periods. yes i having a bad time .i have every symptom possible plus a couple of new ones. but such is life....
