Confusing bumps on vagina

i go to the doctor in 7 days. assumed yeast infection, itchy at the entrance of my vagina. unprotected a lot in the past 3 weeks. my period a few days assumed yeast infection. i did see a small amount of cream white.

weird linear bumps around vagina. two bigger bumps that feels like a acne. raised skin bumps all over pubic are pls help
