Ok buckle up this is a long one.
1st to my knowledge ive never been check for HSV1 OR 2 but always felt ive had it based on mild symptoms ive had or my partner has had. Ive never had an outbreak. She has had fever blisters/cold sores before and other symptoms down there on her vagina as well as small blisters at the top of her buttcrack. We have just delt with them and moved on. So not 100% sure about but Ive always felt like something wasnt right.
So about 3months ago she said she had an yeast infection. She took the over the counter meds and i guess it went away. We had sex the next day i noticed some stinging inside my urethra i just shrugged it off. So a few days after that I got oral from a sex worker (protected) she put lotion on the condom to give me a short handjob the finished with oral. I was a bit worried when i found out lotion can damage condoms but the condom did not tear seemed to be intact. I keep thinking maybe something got down in the condom I just cant stop thinking about it.
So a few days after that the nightmare begins. My penis and body has been acting very strange. My penis is very sensitive sometimes rub against my underwear or a towel. I have pain inside urethra, its hurts when I press it. Slight pain at the tip when I ejaculate, I get feelings like i have strong urge to pee. I have slight bladder pain. Those are my main symptoms.
Other Symptoms
Ive been having muscle twitches
tingling all over my body
been having some neck discomfort on the right side.
hands going numb when im sleep.
Ive been freaking out over these few months been tested for the common stds.
they say my urine is clean so no infection.
3 tests negative for HIV at 10 weeks im still scared about that. I hear HIV from receiving Oral/BJ is not a risk thats what they tell me but im still worried.
What can be causing this? They keep telling me its in my head but idk the pain is real.
