Hi all, does anyone know what conjugated Bilirubin mean. I dearnt google it.
Be much appreciated if you can let me know. I’m worried about it as I don’t know what it means xx
You can't know everything. Remember there's better things to worry about like people dying in Syria and knife crime. Conjugated means the liver reacts the chemical with something else to make it water soluble so it's excreted easier. Bilirubin is a breakdown product of blood. As I've said before to others. Anxiety is to do with brain chemistry. Take a multivitamin and mineral including magnesium zinc and selenium. Omega 3 and vitamin d and you will be ok. Magnesium really helps worrying. Sometimes I do think people need something to really worry about then they wouldn't worry about stupid things
Thanks for the information very much appreciated. Omg I am fully aware thank you about how bad & cruel the world can be & people who have serious illnesses. I have looked after people who have suffered from illnesses. And yes I do feel so guilty of feeling this way, which I really cannot help! Wish I didn’t feel this way & wish I didn’t worry.
