constant anxiety symptoms

Is it possible for your mind to mimic anxiety symptoms? cus my biggest fear is whenever i get heart palpitations and they happen frequently throughout the day and some are worse than others but sometimes i can't tell if it was my mind that made up the feeling, or if it actually happened. super scared i have something wrong with my heart and that it's just gonna stop at any moment. i am very focused on my breathing 24/7 and often take deep breaths and feel disconnected from reality. part of me knows its probably anxiety but the other part of me is predicting the worst. please help! can i feel anxiety symptoms even when i'm not really anxious?

you can absolutely feel anxiety symptoms even if you’re not feeling anxious. There is still an underlying anxiety that causes the symptoms. You may not feel it at the moment, but it is there.
I have had anxiety for over 30 years and have had every symptom possible. Keep in mind that any symptoms related to anxiety cannot hurt you. if they did, I would not be here by now. LOL
Most of the symptoms is caused by the release of adrenaline from the brain. It eventually wears off. But anxiety symptoms can pop up out of nowhere. It’s not the symptoms that are the problem, it’s the unmanaged anxiety that causes the symptoms.
anxiety can that make your heart stop even with palpitations. I have had those so many times, too many to count.
the Key to slow your heart rate down and feeling better is proper breathing.
there are many great mindfulness breathing short meditations on YouTube that you should listen to. Once you learn how you can do this anywhere nobody will even know you’re doing it.
the disconnected feeling is also very common. It’s called derealization depersonalization . your brain tries to protect you from anxiety oh in the world so it sort of blocks things out. Again, harmless.
speaking with a counselor can be very helpful. They can give you ideas on how to manage this and it just helps to talk to somebody else. Hang in there you’re going to be OK.
