Maybe this will reach a qualified professional or someone who has dealt with this in the past. This has been driving me crazy for a while now. It seems to get worse with activity but never fully goes away. Has been mainly on the left part of the skin, but now am having redness on the head as well. They are sores. Have been to doctor, he prescribed steroid cream and Nyastatin. It helps some but never goes away. I have used virtually every cream you can think of and it doesn't help. Also using no cream and trying to go natural doesn't help either! I tried a double dose of Azithromycin and it didn't make it go away either.
Sorry I did not get to this previously .... You need to STOP using ALL the creams you have been applying AND the Nystatin as these are likely to be causing further irritation to the condition. Also, are you fully intact / uncircumcised? You are likely to have a form of Balanitis or a Dermatological reaction going on.
What you need to do is:-
i.) You need to find the right steroid OINTMENT that is right for the severity of the condition you have. So, what id the name of the Steroid you currently have?
ii.) You need to implement a Squeaky Clean Penile Hygiene regime: Wash the head and foreskin of your penis with water only each time you urinate, are sexually aroused or have ejaculated, ensure you are 100% dry afterwards. Keep all other chemicals, including soap and oil based stuff like Lube, Baby Oil, Skin Lotion - when showering draw your foreskin as far-forward as it will go, rinse off shower gel, hair shampoo thoroughly, then expose the head wash with water only with the inside of your hand, dry this area first and ensure it is thoroughly dry.
Are you using Condoms regularly? have you been using an oil based Lube for self-stimulation / Masturbation?
