Ive suffered with aniexty for 4 years and had nearly every symptom you can think of.
Heart palpatations
Sweaty palms
Short of breath
Tingling
Gagging/sick feeling
Rapid heart beat
Chest pains
I used to be on citalopram which was 20g. I was on these a for a few months and learned to deal without them. I didnt have a proper panic attack for at least 5 months after.
Recently i dont know if ive felt stressed or not but i have had a sore throat and dry mouth for the last two weeks. I went to see the doctor and said its maybe a infection or aniexty related.
Im not getting no saliva and it makes it difficult. Im 26 years old and try to not let aniexty get in the way of things but i am curious whats going wrong at the moment.

Im suffering from exactly the same symptom as you and I'm amazed not more people have it.
I had a small surgery 2 months ago and since then when I meet people or im in an anxious situation I instantly get a very very dry mouth when I talk to them and my tongue is constantly white from being dry.
Some days is worse than others but it's always there in some shape or form. I had the dry mouth before I started taking medication.
I've started to obsess over it now and wonder if it will ever go...
Thanks for replying mate. I can see what you mean. Mines more of a morning thing when i wake up its really dry. People could say its dry mouth but ive had that before and this is completly different.
How long have you had this aniexty for? Do you know what brought your aniexty on?
