Constant lightheadedness/unsteady

Does anyone else have constant lightheaded ness or feel constantly unsteady with and without anxiety?? What helps this??

I have this all the time but I don’t know what it is

I've had anxiety for about 13 years and I get it all the time it's because when your anxiety starts it can increase your heart rate and you get palpitations because your heart rate rises it can make you feel dizzy I get it a lot along with many other symptoms

But sometimes i get it without feeling bad anxiety

I’m the same I’ll be stood in work and I’ll

Get a rush of dizziness like I’m gonna faint, Iv spoke to my therapist about it go get your blood pressure checked it might be down to low blood pressure if not my therapist said to me it’s because I’m constantly paranoid about feeling dizzy and I bring it on myself it’s sort of like a subconscious thing, you might not think you have it without anxiety but feeling like that is anxiety if that makes sense

Your anxiety can play up without you knowing mine does it all the time I'll be fine but then I'll go somewhere and it'll just start I've had dizzy spells just walking through town I feel fine but then it'll just do it its worth noting where you are and what your doing when it happens then you'll start to get a idea of what kind of situations trigger it

Hello. Is it like a 24/7 thing? I've had those symptoms for years. I was diagnosed with TMJ (jaw) disorder. I didn't have a clue because I didn't feel anything in my jaw. Brain fog, lump in my throat, tingling, floating feeling, vertigo...These were my symptoms.
