Hey everyone, I posted the other day talking about my constant off balanced feeling and now I've decided to make another post explaining all my symptoms as I am desperate for help. I am just looking for some reassurance and wondering if these are all in fact just physical symptoms of anxiety and if anyone else has experienced anything like this, if so please reply or message me! Firstly, my main issue is this woozy off balanced feeling. It feels like I am swaying and like the ground dips or when I lift my foot to take a step it feels as if the ground is rising, and at times is moving from underneath me. I find it's at it's worst when I'm standing still. I sometimes feel it when I'm sitting down but I am fine whilst laying down, however it's there 24/7 with the exception of laying down. Secondly, I have been getting aches and pains in my arms and legs and these awful tingly, twitchy, burning, numb, sensations all throughout my body. Thirdly, and this one doesn't happen as often but it is absolutely awful. I've been getting this massive wave of weakness, shakiness as well as internal shakiness/vibration, extreme sweating, and this weird tight uncomfortable feeling in my stomach, it all gets so intense that I feel like I will faint. It usually calms down when I eat something but I have had my blood sugar levels tested as well as numerous other blood tests, vertigo tests, and an MRI. I have even been referred to a nerve specialist. These are the main symptoms that are really getting to me. I've been to the doctors numerous times as well as the hospital and everything they check comes back fine and because of this I feel as though I am in a constant state of panic because nobody seems to know what's going on. I am really scared. I haven't been able to work, I don't feel like eating but if I don't eat I get super scared that I'll get the weak / faint feeling, so I literally have to force myself to eat. I also can't seem to have naps anymore because I end up waking up in the worst panic possible. There is just so much going on, I could go on forever. It is just so hard to accept that all this is being caused by anxiety, especially because I've always had anxiety but NEVER anything like this before. Once again I am so sorry about the long post but I just needed to get it all out. If anyone would like anymore information you can see my previous post under the name "really struggling" as I mention some more details such as medications I am on, etc! Or feel free to message me.

hello friend. it sounds like you have vertigo, which can be an easy fix with a Dr. Yes the rest of what tour saying is anxiety, im sure the vertigo is is making the symptoms much worst then they are. Go get help for the vertigo. take care!
ive had the all the symptoms you have noted and i had vertigo and suffered from severe panic disorder. i still get some but its controlled with minor meds. the stomach issue is anxiety as it affects the stomach nerves. basically you are healthy and your test results prove that. get your vertigo checked out by a specialist and then counseling. dont let anxiety take anymore of your peace. have faith…it works
hello I’m fairly new to this site but when I read this it kind of reminded me of myself and I want to see what helped me naturally I started taking a product called balance by Alani nu its a brand you can find in a GNC.
Immediately after the first two weeks my acne cleared up and then I saw the difference in my moods and I think that it might be worth a shot I also smoke THC so that’s probably what helps my anxiety as well and I’m not recommending that you smoke but if you’ve never tried it it’s worth it for the medical benefits to just see if it helps you but that product literally has me in my body and my hormones start to fall back into being normal when I was like 12 againMy mood swings are way less I feel like I’m getting good sleep at night I can think more clearly it’s definitely helped in multiple ways and stressing yourself out thinking that there’s something wrong with you when it could just be hormones that are off balance is it really worth it so maybe try that and see if it helps
Yeah, I think majority of it is all anxiety, sadly. I have been tested for vertigo and was told I don’t have it, however I am not convinced, perhaps I should get a second opinion. I am sorry to hear about your anxiety, tinnitus and vertigo, I can’t imagine that would be very nice at all. xxx
Hello! Sadly, I have already been tested for vertigo and the doctor didn’t think I had it, so I am truly stumped, however I may get a second opinion just to be certain. I do believe everything else is anxiety related though! Thank you for your reply! x
yeah ive been like this . i felt like i almost passed out the other day. i get lightheaded if i go for walks or randomly i might have vertigo. literslly every ohysical symptom of anxiety i have gotten
I am so sorry that you’ve also experienced all these symptoms, they certainly aren’t nice at all. I have been tested for vertigo at the hospital and they didn’t believe I had it, however l could always seek a second opinion. Do you have any other ideas as to what could be causing the woozy feeling? I don’t feel like I am spinning just really off balanced, almost like I could tip over, but I never do. I definitely agree with what you’ve said about the stomach issues, that makes a lot of sense. I too have panic disorder but it has definitely been set off from these physical symptoms. Thank you so much for your reply.
Hello, thank you for your reply! I was actually starting to wonder if perhaps my hormones were out of wack or something along those lines. I will definitely suss out the balance product you’ve mentioned!
Also, with the smoking of THC, I was a chronic smoker for 5 years and have only been off of it for roughly 4/5 months now, I loved smoking and the way it made me feel however I felt it was starting to take a bit of a mental toll on me so I decided to quit. Do you think that could also be another reason as to why I feel so off?
Yeah same!! I actually felt like I was going to pass out as well the other day, I felt so light headed and shaky, it was just awful. I’ve been told I don’t have vertigo but I’m not 100% convinced. If you don’t mind me asking, what other physical symptoms have you experienced? Also, thank you for your reply.
