is anyone ever just in condtsnt panic or having anxiety añl day for days ? like ill feel like my heart is besting hard throught he day for days and sometimes its jdut that feeling where you can feel it beating in yiur chest without touching it. and just constsntly feel stressed and on wdge for no reason

yes i have been like that many times. doctors checked me out and it was anxiety. getva good checkup and go to a therapist and i hope you have faith because thats my sanity. get better.
i’m sorry you were feeling that way. Your symptoms are very common with anxiety. Millions of people get them. The symptoms are not the problem. The problem is unmanaged anxiety that creates the symptoms.
I suggest speaking with a counselor who can help you deal with this. Remember, no symptoms of anxiety will hurt you. Don’t worry about your rapid heart rate because it is not dangerous.

go to YouTube and search for something called stop panic attacks now. Then scroll down and find one that says “don’t panic” in black letters. Sit down or lay down and relax and listen to it. Do exactly what she tells you and it’s very short.
the Key to bring down the heart rate is in proper breathing. Anxiety can pop out of nowhere but there’s always an underlying stress or fear causing it. and even if you’re not aware of it. That’s what the counselor can help you with.

I’m sorry you feel like that, I was in a dark season of my mental health and went over six months with constant panic attacks. Is debilitating and exhausting, I’m don’t have panic attacks anymore because I work really hard on myself to overcome them but I know exactly how you feel. The best thing to do learning breathing techniques and having control of your thoughts just constantly tell yourself you are not in danger.
yes, I just went through this in september. It was exactly as you describe. Almost felt like panic attacks all day long. It felt like it would never end or get better, but it did. I did many things and I am not sure what was most helpful, but I kept trying things. I took some calming supplements (you can look those up), I worked out every day for 30 min no matter what. I saw a therapist weekly or every other week. But I think the thing that helped the most was talking to my family/friends and finding and online chat to talk to others about what I was feeling. I also sought out youtube videos about anxiety and panic and peoples experiences with it. I looked for things that helped me relax… anything I noticed relaxed me, I did a lot of.. like playing video games, watching cheesy movies, going for a walk etc. Anything to distract the mind!
It WILL get better. Just keep looking for things that specifically work for or help you and you will slowly begin to heal. ![]()
I was just going to post something similar this morning. I have a very consistent tightness in my chest most days with shortness of breath and my heart always feels off. Either beating too fast or skipping beats, or it just feels like fluttering. I’ve been to 2 different cardiologists so have been told it’s not my heart. I wonder like you, is anxiety/panic disorder like that? Are you on any meds right now?
the past few days ive been this way too… ive had anxiety depression for a long time and deal with it on my own.. i kno the past two days have been rough im constantly anxious and when i lay down or do anything i can feel my heart beating which stresses me out.. then i get more anxious.. its a horrible cycle … and my chest feels heavy and i can feel my heart like where your neck meets your chest and it feels ugly.. ive been to a cardiologist also.. hope you all feel better everyday is a struggle living with depression/anxiety plus stress!
