Hi there i keep suffering from shooting pains in my chest which go up to my shoulder, jaw and down left arm and im contstantly short of breath. Does anyone else have these symptoms. I convince myself there is something wrong with my heart and im going to have a heart attack but have been hospital three times and they say my heart is fine. I ask them what is causing the pain and they dont really give me an answer. Everytime i get the pains im in two minds wether to go hospital. Its really starting to get me down.
First I want to ask u how long had u been with anxiety and second is that yes I felt does soothing sensations on my chest and it's normal to feel it Cuz any little things makes us freak out and I been to the hospital like 26 times in a year and they tell me that it might be a muscle that causes the pain on my chest and I also feel I have a heart problem and think the doctor are missing something on the ekg
ive been getting this pains daily for around 6 months and have been doctors hospital loads of times had ekg and everythings come back fine. Im 24 quite healthy so not sure whats causing these pains. Do you get any other pain apart from chest?
Have u gotten a holter monitor done? If not I recommend u to get one done just to be sure theres nothing wrong with ur heart cuz an ekg not everything comes up
